1. Payment Terms

1.1. Work Commencement: ORIONN Marketing will not commence any work until full payment for the requested services has been received and confirmed by us.

1.2. Invoice Payment: Invoices for our services will be sent to clients promptly upon agreement. Clients are required to make payment upon receipt of the invoice.

1.3. Late Fee: Clients have a 5 business day grace period from the date of the invoice to make the payment in full. If payment is not received within this grace period, a 15% late fee will be charged to the client's account.

 

2. Refund Policy

2.1. No Refunds: ORIONN Marketing has a strict no-refund policy. Once services have been initiated or work has begun, there will be no refunds provided, regardless of the circumstances.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Notice of Cancellation: Clients wishing to cancel their services must provide written notice to ORIONN Marketing at least 5 business days before the upcoming invoice date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the client being responsible for payment for the next month's services, regardless of whether they choose to use them or not.

 

4. Services

4.1. Quality of Services: ORIONN Marketing will provide services related to SEO, Google Ads, and Web Development to the best of our abilities, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

4.2. Results: While ORIONN Marketing will make every effort to improve clients' online presence and achieve desired results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or rankings on search engines.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and cooperation required to carry out the agreed-upon services.

5.2. Access: Clients must provide access to relevant systems, websites, and accounts needed for ORIONN Marketing to perform their services.

 

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Protection of Information: ORIONN Marketing agrees to keep confidential all client information and data that may be shared during the course of providing services.

 

7. Termination

7.1. Termination by ORIONN Marketing: We reserve the right to terminate our services to any client at our discretion if we believe that the client is in violation of this Agreement or for any other legitimate reason.

7.2. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate our services at any time, following the cancellation policy stated in Section 3.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. ORIONN Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and it is the client's responsibility to review the updated terms.
